Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Elite Facials. We are committed to providing the highest level of care and service. Please take a moment to review our return and cancellation policies below.

TREATMENT PACKAGE REFUNDS

  • Customers have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to cancel a treatment package and receive a full refund.
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • Refunds can only be processed for unused packages.

PRODUCT RETURNS

All skincare product sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any skincare products.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Same-day promotions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • We understand that sometimes plans change. To better serve all our clients:
  • Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
  • Package holders who cancel late may receive a service reduction from their package to accommodate scheduling.
